Based on a book about an uncensored account of the emotional, medical, financial, and legal problems from a catastrophic accident, this website aims to educate and inform others about a heart wrenching story that is also, inspiring. The Blameless Victim was not about advertising; it emboldens the audience to take a stand and to prepare them about the capricious nature of the judicial system. We integrated social media and encouraged site visitors to participate in the discussion using Facebook and Linkedin.

The Blameless Victim tells the story from the catastrophic injury in early 2002 to the final decision by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in 2012. While insurers bring in huge profits, blameless victims are often forced to go to court just to receive the monies needed for recuperation. The Blameless Victim is a raw account of the emotional, medical, insurance, financial, and legal challenges that one family faced when the crash of an 80,000-pound tanker truck causes a catastrophic injury.
